Home Town Internet's Refund Policy
Our refund policy is a simple one: "There shall be no refunds".
There is a cost associated with adding users to our dial-up network, adding them to our e-mail servers, and assisting them in the configuration of their systems. To that end, no refunds will be made for the current month (or billing period).
Should a user pay for multiple months and wish to cancel, a refund may be issued for the remaining months at our discression.
Should a user pay for multiple months and receive some sort of promotion or discount in doing so, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply and be removed from any refund due the user.
